Information Section

A non-competitive section, separate from the AI – Information Section.

Direct entry

Open to films that are not entered in the competition but would like to be screened at the Film Week. On the entry form, choose the competition category that matches the film’s genre: that category’s pre-selection jury decides on the selection.

Good to know

If you enter the film in a competition category, you do not need a separate entry here: the pre-selection juries also pick films for the Information Section from the competition entries.

AI – Information Section

The AI – Information Section is a separate, non-competitive programme.

Double entry

Entering a work into this section does not prevent it from being entered at the same time into the competition category of the Hungarian Film Week that matches its genre. In this case, two separate entry forms must be completed.
