A hegy van, az ember történik
short documentary film | 53 min.
The film tells the hitherto little-known, hidden stories of Badacsony, in which the mountain of witness, which has existed since eternity, “recalls” the struggles of the people living on it in its wise immobility. The present-day life of the settlements carries the fine vibrations of the past and the present in the same way as the barbaric moments of history. People from Paul lived here in the 13th century, and political internees worked on the mountain in a labor camp in the 20th century. It was a refuge for writers and poets on the skirt of the mountain, and a dynasty of miners and arboretum builders still lives here side by side. The stories with opposite motives and amplitudes present completely different faces of Badacsony. Offering the opportunity to give a historical, philosophical and moral interpretation of the stories we learn, embedded in the natural environment of the mountain.
