The world of strong women and weak men. A story from Lyukóvölgy.
The film follows the everyday life of a twelve-member family from Lyukóvölgy. Like most girls living in the segregated area, the young female members of the family often become pregnant at the age of fifteen, which means they leave school early. The family structure is strongly determined by the fact that, with the exception of the boys, it is almost exclusively made up of women. In Lyukóvölgy, it is a common phenomenon that men are only temporarily present in family life, so most children grow up in truncated families.
