By the 15th year of the Orbán regime, the prime minister’s son-in-law had become one of the richest men in Hungary. István Tiborcz had built an empire of luxury real estate, financial and logistics companies. As his businesses grew, he climbed higher and higher on the Forbes list of the country’s 50 wealthiest people. His wife, Ráhel Orbán, the prime minister’s eldest child, also participates in the management of some elements of the group. The Tiborczs claim that they achieved all this on their own. However, the reality is different. The business activities of the prime minister’s family were actually connected to Viktor Orbán’s political career in the 1990s, and this culminated in the building of Tiborcz’s business empire. This is the story we tell in this film.
