XXI. század - A szentesi drámatagozat

It’s not very common for high school teenagers to be eager for the summer break to end and to go back to high school, because every day is a new adventure… The literary drama department in Szentes was such a place. What do folk dormitories have to do with this, and how did they manage to create such a school in the late 70s, when the concept of person-centered education was not yet really known in Hungarian education? First of all, it took an exceptional student theater teacher and the wife of the somewhat strict and loving teacher, who taught that you are important individually, but also your community, who encouraged you to form an opinion, who you could ring at any time and, in addition to intellectual nourishment, the child also received a specific lunch if necessary. The creator of the film visited HMG in the 80s, when the doors were still open to everyone.
