In the portrait film, we present the diverse activities of János Kovács, the Kossuth and Liszt Ferenc Prize-winning conductor. We follow the everyday life of an artist who lives an incredibly busy life, who, as a permanent member and master artist of the Hungarian State Opera House, is also a defining conductor of the most significant Hungarian symphony orchestras. But the main goal of our film is to reveal the art and secrets of János Kovács’s conducting, which are always exciting and elusive for an outside observer.
