What happens to my child when I’m gone? Magdi has been taking care of her severely disabled son at home for more than 40 years, but as she gets older, she is forced to realize that she won’t be able to do this much longer. She joins forces with five women in a similar situation, and the determined mothers file a lawsuit against the Hungarian state so that their children will be able to live in decent conditions when they are no longer around. “Your life without me” is the story of these women, whose common struggle forges them into a cohesive community.
