Sanyi (Szabolcs Thuróczy) is a puppeteer and an alcoholic. Pali (Tamás Polgár) is an elevator repairman and an alcoholic. Together, they are searching for their friend Tomi, who has missed several Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. They are trying to stay sober, a challenge in a country where heavy drinking is widely accepted as part of daily life. Sanyi’s wife and daughter left him five years ago because of his addiction, and although he has since started a new life and remains sober, Pali only needs a small push to relapse. For Tomi, even less might be enough. Racing against time, the two friends roam the streets of Budapest in a desperate attempt to find and save Tomi.
