The story of the confrontation of an extraordinary mother who survived everything to be with her children. At first glance, Viki is an ordinary woman, a single mother who does everything for her four children, but the apparent family idyll, the playful moments recorded in the mother’s home hide a dramatic past and the current situation is the result of more than ten years of hard work. Viki was a victim of abuse from an early age, but her life changed permanently at the age of 18, when her family sold her to human traffickers and after several years of prostitution she managed to escape for good. She started a new life, got married and had four children, but life brought her in such a way that the real struggles only really continued in her life after that – two of her children stayed with the father, she can raise her youngest child and her middle daughter was raised by foster parents from the age of three months for seven years. Viki never gave up hope of being able to live with her children. The short documentary is a self-confessed, confrontational story of an extraordinary trauma survivor deciding not to listen anymore.
